Commissions

Cat Nap Caps takes PayPal

To commission your own custom-made items, please e-mail us at: catnapcaps@gmail.com with "Commission Request" in the subject line.

Provide us with the following information:
- Item to be commissioned (i.e. skirt, bow, ring)
- Desired Colors or Pattern
- Your measurements (Clothing Only)
- Specific details (optional)
- Example pictures (optional)

You can also send us materials for your commission. If commissioning multiple items, please provide the above information for each individual item. Commissions are done on a first come, first serve basis.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for your commission to be ready. Remember that the more complex the item, the longer it will take. Due to our schedules, rush orders may be turned down.

After we've processed your request, we will provide the total cost and estimate of how long your commission(s) will take. Total costs are broken down into cost of materials + time + shipping and handling fees.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping costs are determined by size and weight of the package.

Domestic Shipping
All packages shipped within the United States are sent via USPS with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional for an additional fee.

International Shipping
USPS does not offer delivery confirmation for international shipping unless it's sent Express. Customs form numbers will be provided. Cat Nap Caps is not responsible for customs fees/duties. We do not ship to Italy.

Cat Nap Caps is not responsible for lost or damaged items. We package our items well but cannot be held responsible after they've left our hands.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to most of our items being clothing and/or custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us. Let us know the problem and we will see what we can do to resolve the issue. An alteration or exchange may be offered depending on the item and situation. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and are responsible for return shipping.
